Welcome to the Certified Junior Herpetologist Program! You are here because you already think reptiles and amphibians are interesting. Good. So do we. This course is built around one simple idea: people protect the natural world when they understand it, care about it, and know how to help. Reptiles and amphibians (we call them "herps" for short) are some of the most fascinating animals on Earth. They are also some of the most misunderstood. In this course you will learn how they really live, how to watch them without bothering them, and how to help people around you understand them better.
This lesson is part of Certified Junior Herpetologist. Enrollment is self-paced, with no deadline to finish (about 30 hours).
