You are surrounded by fascinating creatures. Get to know them, and make their lives a little easier. Most of us spend a lot of the day looking at screens. We tap "like" on pictures of cute animals, but we rarely get to know the little lives going on in our own bushes, yards, and trees. I can tell you from experience that getting to know the critters that share your space is one of the most rewarding things you can do. (And really, it is them sharing their space with us. They were here first.) Caring about elephants and whales is great, but most people who love nature started with an animal they could actually see, close to home.
