Overview
The Certified Herpetological Guide course and any other digital courses purchased through this site are digital products delivered as immediate online access — not physical goods. Because of that, this policy works a little differently than a typical retail return policy.
14-Day Refund Window
If you are not satisfied with a course, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date, provided you have not completed more than 20% of the course content or downloaded/completed the final exam. To request a refund, contact us at learnaboutcritters@gmail.com with your order number and the email address used at checkout.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method through PayPal and may take several business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
After 14 Days
Once 14 days have passed since purchase, or once you have completed more than 20% of the course or received your certificate of completion, the purchase is final and we are unable to offer a refund. If you believe there are extenuating circumstances, please reach out to us — we review requests outside this window on a case-by-case basis.
Course Access
If a refund is approved, your access to the course, its materials, and any certificate of completion will be revoked once the refund is processed.
Technical Issues
If you’re having trouble accessing your course or its materials, please contact us before requesting a refund — most access issues can be resolved quickly, and we’d rather get you back into your course than issue a refund.
