Different paths to the same learning — Disability, neurodivergence, chronic illness, location, transportation, technology, safety, or finances can change what participation looks like. They do not erase a learner's curiosity or capacity to understand the natural world.

Accommodations and alternate pathways

We do not want a particular field assignment, testing format, or presentation method to become a proxy for the learning objective itself. Depending on the requirement and barrier, an adaptation might include an alternate observation or research activity, a different way to demonstrate understanding, flexible pacing or smaller segments, clearer or differently structured instructions, or an adjustment for environmental, sensory, mobility, technology, or safety barriers.

We cannot promise that every requested change will be possible, and an alternate pathway must still address the underlying learning objective. We will approach requests in good faith and explain any genuine constraint.

Start with the barrier, not a perfect explanation.

Tell us which part of the course is getting in the way and, if you know, what kind of alternative would make meaningful participation possible. You do not need to compose a formal case before asking a question. Share only what you are comfortable sharing; the useful starting point is understanding the obstacle.

Tuition assistance

Tuition assistance may be available. If the CHG course seems right for you but price is the barrier, contact us to discuss your circumstances once a current contact destination is available. Funding cannot be guaranteed, but we will let you know what options are currently available.
